OUR APPROACH
Ellora Consultancy is a cooperation between Dutch and Indian consultants. Ellora Consultancy has experienced consultants with business and working experiences in Europe and India. Our consultants are native Indian ánd non-resident Indians (NRI’s), which means that many cultural aspects and intercultural processes are explained and managed from both an Indian view ánd an European view. This is unique in Ellora Consultancy’s approach.

Our consultants offer services in The Netherlands, Belgium and India. Other locations are also possible. In India our consultants have a wide network of contacts. We are based in: Rotterdam, The Netherlands and Bangalore/Delhi, India.
BACKGROUNDS
Backgrounds of our consultants: ICT Project Management, Human Resource Management, Instructional Designers, Teachers (qualified for Dutch schools), Remedial Teaching, Indology/Asian Studies, Hindi/Punjabi/English and Dutch-speaking. With travel and working experiences in North/South India and The Netherlands/Europe.
